Jacob Simpson - team leader
Jacob has been working as a youth worker in Ealing for the past 6 years, having worked in the music industry in the past as an artist he is now passionate about seeing the youth of Ealing reach their full potential. He lives in Hanwell and is a die-hard Manchester United supporter. Jacob is on the leadership team of Bless Community Church and Co-Leads the national Pioneer Network youth programme.
The team
Jacob is joined by an experienced team of youth workers and volunteers to help run The Basement. The team is mixed in age bringing a bit of everything from energy, wisdom and most importantly the knowledge of how to make a great hot chocolate! Key partners
Bless Community Church provides leadership, financial and volunteer support to The Basement. Bless have been a local church in Ealing for over 40 years supporting local community projects that benefit the people of West London.
Ealing Project is a new multi-functional community space for the Borough of Ealing. They support The Basement with space and resources in their facility in Ealing Broadway.
